PURPOSE: A tension test sample for a minute compression tester with a single tension test part, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to solve an existing problem in which multiple tension test parts are measured at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A tension test sample for a minute compression tester with a single tension test part comprises a support part(210), a single tension test part(220), and a tension load transferring part(230). The height of the support part is lower than the height of the tension load transferring part. The single tension test part located in the center of gravity of the tension load transferring part is formed for receiving tension force by being connected with the support part. The tension load transferring part is formed for etching an inclination angle of the single tension test part.
