PURPOSE: A heat treatment method for an aluminium alloy panel is provided to reduce bending caused by dynamic transformation aging in plate molding and obtain high-strength property by strain hardening after molding. CONSTITUTION: A heat treatment method for an aluminium alloy panel comprises the steps of: cold-rolling an aluminium alloy board in the final pass at a reduction rate of 45~50%, performing a first heat treatment at the temperature of 450~510°C for 3 hours, rapidly cooling the aluminium alloy board at the speed more than 60°C/sec, and performing a second heat treatment of the cooled aluminium alloy board at the temperature of 200~220°C.
