The web has four button holes (3) placed outside a zone covering a plate of a table (2) to externally present the holes respectively against legs of the table. Free edges of two sides of the web respectively include elongated attachment elements (4) e.g. cords, respectively placed near the holes after shaping the legs in the holes to release the holes through exterior and receiving a retaining unit to maintain the web on the table.
