PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for generating the standard specific information of radar, and electronic warfare system having the said apparatus are provided to relate radar specification information to electronic equipment. CONSTITUTION: The standard format converter(411) changes the radar specification information to the standard information in which the applicable reference. The identifier designating unit(431) gives identifier to the transformed standard information. The relation setup unit(441) establishes the relation for the other standard information and standard information. The standard radar specification generator(451) is created the standard radar specification information in 'the standard information including the content about the fixed relation'.
