PURPOSE: A data communication portable electronic tongue device is provided to design the conventional multi-channel potentiometer into the portable form. CONSTITUTION: An input terminal(01) obtains a voltage signal inputted through a separate connection conversion terminal as a multichannel signal. A central processing unit(05) controls a switching unit(03) according to the obtained signal. The switching unit transmits the signal to a measuring terminal(04). An output terminal(02) provides power output required in a universal sensor. The central processing unit converts the measured data into a calculation value according to the purpose of use. A display unit(08) indicates the converted calculation value.
