PURPOSE: A language studding system using text to speech converting technology and method therefor are provided to edit the workbook content that includes the studying progress and the textual matter. CONSTITUTION: The input terminal(100) offers the input data having textual matter. The manager server(200) changes the textual matter of input data into the audio factor. The text audio data having audio factor is created. The portable learning terminal(300) indicates text and voice data in screen.
