PURPOSE: A circuit board and method of manufacturing the same are provided to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing process and optical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The base layer(111) is formed into the polymer material. The core layer(120) for the optical guide is formed in the upper side of the base layer into the predetermined pattern. The core layer for the optical guide has the reflection index for the electrical transmission of the optical data. The cross section of the core layer for the optical guide is circle. The reclamation layer(130) is filled in the core layer for the base layer and optical guide. The reclamation layer prevents the loss of optical data.
