PURPOSE: A hybrid transmission of a vehicle and an assembling method thereof are provided to stably execute the assembling work about a transmission assembly of a hybrid transmission and a motor assembly. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid transmission of a vehicle is composed of a rotor shaft(3), a retainer(7) of an engine clutch(5), and an axial movement restricting unit(9). A rotor(13) of a motor assembly is connected to the rotor shaft. The retainer is combined to the inside of the motor shaft to be mutually rotated. The axial movement restricting unit prevents the axial separation of the retainer inserted into the rotor.
