FACILITY MAINTENANCE METHOD USING THE PERFORMANCE INFORMATION AND LIFE CYCLE COST ANALYSIS

PURPOSE: A facility maintenance method using performance information and life cycle cost analysis is provided to calculate the maintenance and replacement period accurately through the reflection of LCC analysis for an operation cost for time elapse. CONSTITUTION: A disuse and existence value cost is calculated when a selected device is destructed. A facility is established based on an initial investment cost, a maintenance cost and a destruction and existence cost. Annual LCC is calculated every year, and the year corresponding to the minimum annual LCC is searched. The searched year is selected as the period for the replacement and maintenance for the facility.
