PURPOSE: A PCR apparatus is provided to reduce PCR time and qualitatively and quantitatively confirm PCR product in real time. CONSTITUTION: A PCR apparatus which enables real time PCR monitoring comprises: a DNA sample containing fluorescence for amplifying; a PCR tube made of transparent material for containing DNA sample; a rotor(30) having plural mounting units; a main body(10) having plural grooves(100) on the upper side with a specific interval and also comprising a first guide groove(110) between the grooves; plural blocks(20a, 20b, 20c, 20d, 20e, 20f) which is mounted at the groove and has a second guide groove(210) at one side; a second light transmission hole(120a) which is vertically drilled; a rotor fixture(50) for rotating the rotor along path; and a sensing device(60) for sensing DND amplified degree through fluorescence signal.
