Method for early diagnostics and differentiation of stage of brease cancer through reveal of pathologic changes in laser images of histological preparations and statistical analysis of changes of power spectra of polarization distributions of laser images of preparations of breast cancer. One determines oncological changes in breast through use of high-coherent linearly and circularly polarized radiation with wavelength 0,6328 mkm, this forms series of azimuths {} of linear polarization in radiating beam with polarization angles with respect to incident plane 0º, 90º, +45º, one turns for each of polarization azimuths {} linear polarizer by angles {} with respect to incident plane 0º, 90º, +45º and -45º, with measurement of respective levels of intensity by which one makes conclusion on distribution of azimuth and ellipticity of polarization of image of preparations of breast, with calculation of statistic moments of power spectra for such distributions. |
