PURPOSE: A method for the credit payment to invoices using ordinary facilities and to general levies imposed by government bodies and public organizations for members of large scale residential area is provided to enable convenient payment by registering only member ID and payment request history of a user. CONSTITUTION: A main server(10) has a delinquent trade person information DB(12), and receives and stores delinquent trade person information through a VAN system(50). A financial company server is connected to a main server through the VAN system, and exchanges the delinquent trade person information with the main server. The financial server performs financial transaction according to the request from the mail server.
