A line for production of briquettes from processing waste of steel-smelting slag contains receiving hoppers for wastes of processing of steel-melting slag, dosing mechanisms for solid and liquid target components, mixing machine, device for briquettes formation and pressing, demountable laying devices and means, composed from loading machines with bottom plates for briquettes and device for heat treatment of the briquettes are set in the technological sequence and joint with the transport facilities. The line is equipped with a device for separation of commercial-grade briquettes from the freak stock briquettes by the level of iron content in them, with measuring dosing hoppers, disposed between the receiving hoppers, mixing machine and storage transportation line. |
