A method for diagnostics of paroxysmal states of neurotic genesis comprises the estimation of a state of basic nervous processes. The differential criterion of the genesis of paroxysmal states is the retention of neutral words on a background of emotionally significant words which sounding creates frustration situation and leads to occurrence of paroxysmal states, reaction at their action and return to an initial level after action of frustration situation .
