A method for treatment of wounds in children after opening of inguinal purulent glands arisen due to complicated current of BCG vaccination and revaccination provides the prescription of antimycobacterial chemoprophylaxis 3H Z. In the postoperative period daily, after aseptic treatment of a wound with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and 0.5% chlorhexidine bigluconate solution, a mixture of streptomycin 0.2 and rifampicin 0.05 powder is topically administered into the wound during 20-25 days. |
