PURPOSE: A conducting member, a filter assembly for a display device, and the display device having the same are provided to reduce manufacturing cost and number of process by reducing the configuration components of a display device. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic wave shielding layer is a conductive multi-layer film including the metal layer. A conduction unit comprises a concavo-convex(201) which is flowed into the conductive film and is contacted with the metal layer. The conduction unit emits concentrated electromagnetic wave to an electromagnetic wave shielding layer through a case. The conduction unit has the conductivity for the conduction of the electromagnetic wave. The concavo-convex is contacted with the metal layer of the conductive film.
