METHOD FOR WELDING DIFFERENCE MATERIALS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PLUNGER USING THAT AND PLUNGER THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for welding difference materials, a method for manufacturing plunger using same and the plunger are provided to reduce damage to the plunger due to the frequent oscillation by combining a ceramic part and the outside of a metal part. CONSTITUTION: A copper gel(130) is manufactured by using copper powder. The copper gel is spread in a junction(112) of the metal material of a first member. An alloy gel(140) is manufactured by using the mixture of the chrome, silicon, iron, and carbon. The alloy gel is spread in the junction of the ceramic material of a second member. The junction of the first member and the junction of the second member are connected to each other and treated at a first set temperature higher than melting point of the copper. The first member and the second member are welded, after copper gel is spread in the junction of the first member.
