The device has a frame (1) on which a rotary basket is fixed via a pivot articulation. An accessory i.e. shoe, is positioned in the basket and covered by a cover (3). A dry hot air blower (4) is arranged on the frame. The blower induces the rotation of the basket under centrifugal force such that water is extracted from the accessory at the same time that the heat dries whole assembly. The design of the frame allows the extracted water to be freely evaporated.
