PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for hot-water supply is provided to simplify pipe structure of a boiler by connecting an adapter in which an inlet and an outlet are integrated. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger for hot-water supply(1) comprises a heat exchanger(100), a first adapter(210), and a second adapter(220). The heat exchanger is composed of a plurality of diaphragm. The water flows in an interval of the heat exchanger in order to have heat exchange. The inlet and the outlet are integrated. The second adapter comprises the inlet port in which hot-water flows in and the outlet in which the hot-water heat-exchanged in the heat exchanger inside is exhausted.
