PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a hydrodynamics bearing is provided to improve durability and accuracy by forming a dynamic generation groove through a chemical etching process. CONSTITUTION: Metal powder, the raw materials for a bearing fills in a press device to be compressed, and the bearing is manufactured by sintering in a sintering temperature(S110). The bearing is pressure to be formed after removing foreign materials from the bearing through a deburring process(S120). A dynamic generation groove for generating dynamic in the inside diameter of bearing is etched chemically(S130). The bearing with the dynamic generation groove is washed and dried(S140). |
