PURPOSE: A regulator for quantity of flow is provided, which is not influenced by temperature and makes high degree of design possible. CONSTITUTION: A regulator for quantity of flow comprises an inner pipe member(110) in which the inside diameter and external diameter are constant; an outer pipe member(120) which is bigger than the external diameter of the inner pipe member; and a housing which fixes and supports the inner pipe member and the outer pipe member to keep interval between one part of the inner pipe member and the inner wall surface of the outer pipe member. The housing is formed of a flow path.
