PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to reduce the temperature deflection by preventing the refrigerant bias and to reduce the pressure decrease by making flow of the heat exchange media smooth. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a first header tank, a second header tank, an inlet pipe, an outlet pipe, and a plurality of tubes. The inlet pipe and the outlet pipe are formed on one side of the first header tank and are connected to first and second rows. A partition wall and a baffle(115) are formed inside the first header tank. The partition wall compartmentalizes the first row and the second row and has a first connecting part. The first connecting part is open to the side in which the inlet pipe and outlet pipe are not formed. A second connecting part(121) connected with the first row and the second row is formed inside the second header tank.
