PURPOSE: A storage tank is provided to store easy-to-solidify materials, such as anthracite coal, and discharge a certain amount of the materials even when the material is solidified. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel(13) is installed in the bottom of a storage tank(10), penetrating the storage tank via the center of the cross section. A discharge device is installed in the bottom of the tunnel so that one end lies on the cross section center of the storage tank and the other end is located close to the inner wall of a tank body(11). The discharge device discharges a storage material by being rotated and revolved by rotation and revolution motors(27,25) installed in the tunnel. A discharge port(15) is installed on the bottom of the discharge device.
