摘要 PURPOSE: A non-motor torque sensing type caliper attached electrical parking brake is provided to measure the braking force generated in the operation of an EPB(Electrical Parking Brake) after the motor step by installing a torque sensor near a decelerator. CONSTITUTION: A non-motor torque sensing type caliper attached electrical parking brake is composed of a caliper(1), an EPB(Electrical Parking Brake) ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(2), an EPB actuator(3), and a sensor assembly(20). The caliper has a pad. The pad moves with a piston moving to stop a wheel disk. The EPB ECU communicates the ECU controlling the vehicle traveling. The EPB actuator generates the final output toque by converting the power of a motor(5) driven by the control signal of the EPB ECU with a decelerator(6) composed of plural gears, and generates the parking barking force by moving the piston straight by using a bolt and a screw. The sensor assembly measures the output torque of the EPB actuator about the braking power braking the wheel disk.
