PURPOSE: A civil affair document receiving and processing method using a mobile device are provided to present civil affair documents to government offices and process the submitted civil affair documents by using the mobile device. CONSTITUTION: A user presents civil affair documents to the wireless Internet home page of a government office through a mobile device. When presenting the civil affair documents, the certificate of the user is used. The receipted civil affair documents mutually works with data stored in a system server, is verified, and is displayed on screen. The government office creates virtual documents through a mobile dedicated program and distributes the documents by a type examination.
