PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound is provided to ensure good luminous efficiency and lifetime compared with an existing host or dopant material, and a proper color coordinate, and to prepare an organic light-emitting device with high efficiency and long lifetime. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, L is selected from the functional groups of chemical formula L; A and B are independently a chemical bond, or (C6-C60) arylene, (C3-C60) heteroarylene, 5-6-membered heterocycloalkylene containing at least one selected from N, O and S, (C3-C60) cycloalkylene, (C2-C60) alkenylene, (C2-C60) alkynylene, (C1-C60) alkyleneoxy, (C6-C60) aryleneoxy or (C6-C60) arylenethio.
