PURPOSE: A recycling device using waste heat is provided to effectively use the waste heat, and control transferring of the waste heat. CONSTITUTION: One end of a transfer line(20) is coupled to thermal fusing furnaces(10). The transfer line moves waste heat. A heat exchanger(30) is coupled in the center end of the transfer line, and uses the waste heat of the thermal fusing furnaces. A recycling unit(40) is connected with the heat exchanger. Both ends of a bypass unit(50) are coupled to the front end and the bottom end of the heat exchanger. A control unit(60) is electrically connected with dampers.
