<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic block copolymer and a thermoplastic copolymer composition having excellent heat resistance, molding processability, colorless transparency, and impact resistance, with little foreign substance generation amount under a high temperature detention, in particular, having excellent dimension size stability under a high temperature wet heat. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The acrylic block copolymer (A) includes (a) a polymer block having (i) a ring structure unit represented by general formula (1), (ii) an unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester monomer unit and (iii) another copolymerizable vinyl monomer unit, and (b) a polymer block having an acrylate monomer unit. The acrylic block copolymer (A) satisfies that (I) (iii) the other polymerizable vinyl monomer unit is included by 0.1-20 wt.% with respect to 100 wt.% of (i) the ring structure unit represented by the general formula (1) of the (A) acrylic block copolymer, and that (II) the weight average molecular weight is 50,000-300,000.
