PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary machine holding device holding a rotating shaft in a rotary machine such as a supercharger, a turbo compressor or a gas turbine in a state of preventing backlash, and a balance correction device performing accurate balance correction processing by being equipped with it. SOLUTION: The rotary machine holding device is provided with a rotating shaft supporting part 51 abutting on a part of the rotating shaft 7 of the rotary machine 80 having a blade 3 and supporting the rotating shaft in a state of regulating the rotation, and a blade abutting part 51 abutting on the blade 3 for maintaining the abutting state of the rotating shaft 7 in the rotating shaft supporting part 51.
