BANNER HANGER FOR THE STREET LAMP

PURPOSE: A banner hanger for a street lamp is provided to prevent the swig of a banner hanging pole by mounting a spring elasticizing the banner hanging pole to the inner side of the rotating rod. CONSTITUTION: A side plate(19) of a fan-shaped is vertically bent from the both sides to form a constant width on the bottom. An angle adjusting groove(18) is formed in a guide bracket(10). A rotating rod(30) has one side which is connected through side pate through a rotation shaft, and it is rotated along the angle adjusting groove. A spring(40) is accepted inside the rotating rod. A banner hanging pole(20) has a one side which is inserted into the other side of rotation pole so that it has a certain length for a user to raise the banner.
