<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconsistency in control contents between a microcomputer which determines that a condition of "-0<+0" is true and a condition of "-0≥+0" is false and simulation of a model which determines that a condition of "-0<+0" is false and a condition of "-0≥+0" is true. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The control program generator replaces a block which determines "a<b" in the model to a command which determines "(a<b) AND (a≠b)" in a source code when the model is converted into the source code. It also replaces a block which determines "a≥b" in the model to a command which determines "(a≥b) OR (a=b)" in the source code when the model is converted into the source code.
