PURPOSE: A method and a system for controlling diligence and laziness are provided to the diligence and laziness of a worker regardless of the place of a staff. CONSTITUTION: An automatic response service server(70) provides stored voice data to a staff accessing the automatic response service server through a communication terminal. The automatic response service server confirms the status of the staff through authentication information. The authentication information may be a voiceprint or intrinsic number of the staff. A location-based service server(80) confirms the position of the communication terminal, and a diligence and laziness management server(90) checks over the location of the staff through the location of the communication terminal. |
