PURPOSE: A pull tester and a pull test method thereof are provided to confirm a bonding state of a bonding wire by fully testing a wire mounted on the wire bonding device. CONSTITUTION: A motor(20,30) is installed on a vertical plate of a plate(10). A support plate is installed on a front side of the vertical plate. A vertical lifting plate is installed on a vertical bar. A support stand is fixed on a hinge part by a hinge pin(60). A pull arm(70) includes a hinge arm, a hook arm, and a wire hook(80). A driving plate is fixed on the front side of the vertical lifting plate. A load cell is installed on a lower side of the support stand. The load cell monitors the press load. |
