<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively manufacturable hose joint fitting and a manufacturing method therefor by shortening cutting time, and eliminating loss of raw materials. <P>SOLUTION: In the present embodiment, the terminal part of a pipe 1a clamped by a jig or the like is made to abut on a terminal part of a cut nipple 2, and they are pressed together and joined by a predetermined pressure P. In a connected part C-C of the pipe 1a and the nipple 2 subjected to press contact, an outer burr K about 2-3 mm high as indicated in Fig.2(a) is formed, and the outer burr K is used as a cross-sectionally recessed locking part 3b formed on a flange part 3a of a socket (or a sleeve) used in caulking a hose body W.
