PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a body even when a storable operating section is failed in a stored state, and to improve safety by stopping heating motion in emergency. SOLUTION: This built-in type heating cooker includes the body 1 mounted on kitchen furniture 3 and incorporating a heating device 2, and a first operating section 6 housable in the kitchen furniture 3, and further includes a second operating section 10 for operating the heating device 2 connected with the body 1 constituted independently of the first operating section 6, thus the heating motion can be stopped even in emergency such that the first operating section which is storable during the heating motion, is failed in a stored state.
