<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a door trim body to be shared by two small and large types of impact absorption members with different performance required for protecting a seating person. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This impact absorption member 30 is mounted on a seat face formed on a rear face opposed to a door panel among both top and rear faces of a door trim body 11 covering inside of the door panel positioned on a side of a seat. This member includes a body part 51 mounted to a seat face rear part 20R of the door trim body 11 located on a side of a waist of a person seating on the seat, and an extension part 55 extending forward of the vehicle from the body part 51 and overlaid on a seat face front part 20F.
