The plate (128) has friction surfaces (136, 144) provided at plate elements (130, 132), respectively. A spacer arrangement (134) is provided between the plate elements. The spacer arrangement is designed in such a manner that distance between the plate elements is variable during a clutch process, where the spacer arrangement exhibits flexible distance elements or spring elements. Heat dissipation structures i.e. air guiding structures, are provided at inner sides (152, 154) of the plate elements. The friction surfaces are formed at a friction lining. An independent claim is also included for a multi-disk clutch comprising a counter bearing plate.
