The packing machine i.e. deep drawing machine (1), has an adhesive unit (17) for pasting labels on a covering foil (8) of a package. The labels are provided with adhesive surfaces at sides that are turned towards the covering foil and cover a predetermined breakage point at the covering foil. A vacuum unit and/or gassing unit produces vacuum in an interior of the package. A laser unit forms the breakage point at the covering foil, and a sealing tool (10) seals the covering foil with a base foil (3) of the package. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a package comprising a covering foil and a base foil (2) a method for producing a package.
