The system comprises a cathode, a tubular anode and an adjustable positioner that moves axially to adjust the separation between the anode and cathode. A scraper is provided preventing accumulation of residues on the anode, where an adjustable speed-controlling conduit controls the entrance of effluent volume. A control unit is also provides to control the current intensity during electrocoagulation.
