<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which allows a user to easily take adequate measure when a recording sheet is jammed between a photoreceptor and a belt, and has enhanced operability as a result. <P>SOLUTION: A color printer 1 includes: a body case 10; a photoreceptor unit 50 which is detachably attached to the body case 10 and has a plurality of photoreceptive drums 52 in parallel; an endless conveying belt 63 which is arranged under the plurality of photoreceptive drums 52 to face the plurality of photoreceptive drums 52; and an upper cover 11 which opens and closes the upper part of the body case 10. The photoreceptor unit 50 is supported by the body case 10 so as to be rotatable around one end (a rear support shaft 51D) in a direction where the plurality of photoreceptive drums 52 are arranged side by side and when the photoreceptor unit 50 is turned upward, the conveying belt 63 is exposed so as to remove a paper jammed between the photoreceptive drums 52 and the conveying belt 63. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
