<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of stably obtaining an effect for suppressing submergence into a housing and a housing cover highly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A sealing material 21 is applied or arranged between the housing 11 for housing a worm 8, a worm wheel 14, a circuit substrate 15 or the like and the housing cover 12, and these housing 11 and housing cover 12 are clamped and fixed by a screw 22. Internal fitting sections (an internal projecting section 11c and an internal recessed section 12c) fitted by irregularities and external fitting sections (an external recessed section 11d and an external projecting section 12d) fitted by the irregularities on the outsides of the internal fitting sections are formed to the housing 11 and the housing cover 12. Clamping mating sections (a housing-side mating face 11e and a cover-side mating face 12e) inserting the screw 22 while having stepped sections in the assembly direction to the fitting end sections of the internal fitting sections are further formed among the internal fitting sections and the external fitting sections to the housing 11 and the housing cover 12.
