The subject of the innovation is procedure and equipment to reduce polluting emission of flue gases, caracterized with that we polarize water molecules applied ionization cells on the effect of direct current in the so-called reactor container and we execute dioxide reduction with hidroxid ions forming from water autodissociation on the effect of ionization. |
