A method, system and terminal equipment for realizing the alternation advertisement and an advertisement client terminal are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The method for realizing the alternation advertisement includes that: an advertisement client terminal receives a requirement message sent by a service client terminal, wherein the requirement message is used for the user requiring to perform the information alternation with the third side platform issuing the advertisement; the advertisement client terminal obtains the contact information of the third side platform according to the requirement message; and the advertisement client terminal triggers a terminal communication module to perform the information alternation with the third side platform according to the contact information of the third side platform.
