PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall built-in hydrant having a suppressed projecting length, manufacturable at low cost, and having a high construction efficiency and excellent aesthetic appearance. SOLUTION: An elbow joint body section in which a water passage is formed integrally extends from a joint section having a joint mechanism to which a water supply pipe is connectable. A water supply section is attached to the mounting port of the joint body section. In the water supply section, a flow opening/closing and regulating mechanism for controlling a flow passage through a pair of ceramic disk valves having respective through-holes, a handle interlocking with the operation lever of the opening/closing and flow regulating mechanism, and a water discharge port which communicates with the opening/closing and flow regulating mechanism and to which a water supply hose is connectable are integrally and continuously provided to a cylindrical body on the same axis. The ceramic disk valve includes a pair of fixed disks and a rotary disk slidably fitted to each other and the operation lever for the rotary disk. The fixed disks and the rotary disk comprise respective through-holes. The flow passage can be opened and closed and the flow thereof can be regulated according to the degree of overlapping of the through-holes by the rotation of the operation lever.
