<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a conjugate pad containing colloidal marker particles that can be visually recognized for the containing state when containing the marker particles in the conjugate pad in the manufacturing process; an immunochromatographic test strip allowing visual determination even without a fluorescence detecting device; the immunochromatographic test strip allowing visual determination even after a long period of time from the manufacture; the immunochromatographic test strip that can be stored for a long period of time as an inspection result after the inspection; and the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The immunochromatographic conjugate pad contains colored particles and fluorescent particles as marker particles. The colored particles are any of silica particles, latex particles, semiconductor nanoparticles, gold particles, metal nanoparticles and inorganic crystals.
