<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing propylene. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing propylene is provided by making ethylene in contact with a first catalyst obtained by containing at least one element selected from the group consisting of nickel, titanium, vanadium, chromium, zirconium, niobium, molybdenum, ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, tantalum, tungsten, rhenium, osmium, iridium and platinum in an irregular mesoporous material, amorphous silica or zeolite, and then making further contact with a second catalyst containing tungsten oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
