PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing the organic TFT capable of obtaining excellent characteristics and high reliability, without incurring complication and a high cost in manufacturing process, and provide the organic TFT. SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: dropping liquid material having liquid repellent nature onto a base layer; drying the dropped liquid material to form a bank film of a coffee stain shape having a bank in periphery; and coating organic semiconductor material at the inside of the bank film to form an organic semiconductor film.
