PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding process of a seat pad, in which an extension section of an attaching member can efficiently mold the seat pad extending from a foam part. SOLUTION: The seat pad 10 comprises the foam part 11 consisting of flexible urethane foam, a reinforcing member 12 consisting of a metallic linear object laid underground in the foam part 11, the attaching member 13 in which the rear anchor side is connected to the reinforcing member 12 and a tip turns to the extension section 13a extended from the foam part 11, and a cap body 14 loaded at the rear anchor side of the attaching member 13 and integrated with the foam part 11. The reinforcing member 12 with the cap body 14 is set to a die 20 so as to allow the extension section 13a to set in a concave portion 24, makes the urethane to foam, and molds.
