PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel reinforced concrete column assembling method which contributes to drastic reduction of costs necessary for reinforcement arrangement, connection hoop arrangement, and assembly of a panel zone form, and also contributes to drastic shortening of a construction period, and reduction of labor. SOLUTION: According to the method, hoops 14 are arranged in a temporarily fixed state, and a column steel frame 11 having a cotter member 15 arranged thereon is carried in an assembling yard in the construction field and horizontally mounted on a mount 12. Then column main reinforcements 16 and the hoops 14 are arranged on the column steel frame 11 in a horizontally laid state, and divided hoops 19 for connection are assembled to each other, followed by assembling the panel zone form 20.
