<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a codeless communication system and the second communication equipment of the codeless communication system for reducing a feeling of harshness to be given to a user due to an output ringing sound. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a digital codeless telephone system 1, when the ringing timing table of a table number "1" or table number "2" is selected from a ringing timing table memory 12a, ringing sounds to be output from an MFP 10, a slave unit 51 and a slave unit 71 can be set as an independent sound without being overlapped. Therefore, even when the user of a digital codeless telephone system 1 is present at a position where the user is able to listen to not only the ringing sound of the MFP 10 but also the ringing sounds of the slave unit 51 and the slave unit 71, a composite tone by respective ringing sounds can be prevented from being formed.
